What We Are Looking For:

Hands-on Performance Marketing Expert to plan, run, and optimize Google & Meta campaigns for leads and ROAS. Minimum 2+ years of experience required. Client-facing experience is essential, and real-estate marketing experience will be considered a plus.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for building and managing paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end from strategy, setup, and optimization to reporting. We value clear client communication and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create campaign strategy and plans for Google & Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for leads, CPL/CPA, and ROAS.
  • Define audiences, conduct keyword research, and manage bids/budgets.
  • Work with creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain tracking (pixel, GA4, UTM, Tag Manager).
  • Produce clear reports and explain results to clients/stakeholders.

Must-Have

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on performance marketing experience (Google & Meta).
  • Proven, measurable results from past campaigns (with shareable metrics).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients (fluency in English/Hindi is helpful but not mandatory).
  • Strong skills in setting up tracking and interpreting campaign data.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate marketing or property lead generation.
  • Google Ads / Meta / GA4 certifications.
  • Experience with CRM integration and improving lead quality.
