About the Role

We are hiring experienced Managers – IT Audit to join our Second Line of Defense (2LoD) team. This role focuses on providing real-time support, coaching, and quality reviews to audit engagement teams, ensuring compliance with professional standards and strengthening audit quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to audit engagement teams on IT audit processes.
  • Review documentation and planning (materiality, risks, significant accounts) and provide feedback.
  • Support engagement teams in applying audit requirements, frameworks, and standards.
  • Challenge and validate audit approaches in key focus areas.
  • Manage and review multiple IT audit projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate engagement review status with partners and 2LoD leaders weekly.
  • Contribute to learning, development, and practice initiatives for knowledge sharing.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen audit quality and consistency.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience with ERP tools such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) across applications, databases, operating systems, middleware, and networks.
  • Knowledge of IT Application Controls and IT Attestations (SOC 1, SOC 2).
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as Cloud and DevSecOps.
  • Proven ability to coach teams throughout the audit lifecycle.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISA, CISSP, CIA
  • SAP or Oracle Security certifications
  • Certifications in Cloud or emerging technology risk management

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in IT Audit, Risk Consulting, or Internal Audit.
  • Strong domain knowledge across at least two industry sectors.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong integrity, values, and ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,900,000.00 per year
