Role Overview: You will be responsible for both online and offline marketing activities with a focus on digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve managing the production of marketing materials, creating sales and marketing presentations, organizing and attending events, and overseeing online social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in digital marketing campaigns including emailers, newsletters, blogs, social media marketing (SMM), search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) - Managing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and newsletters - Liaising with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials - Creating sales and marketing presentations to support business objectives - Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions - More experience in online social media campaigns and marketing campaigns Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in digital marketing and online/offline marketing - Strong knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the real estate/construction industry is a plus Please Note: This job is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance.
