Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected professional to lead client acquisition for our service-based BPO operations. This role is
not sales-driven
—instead, it focuses on identifying and onboarding companies that require
customer support services
such as:
- Inbound customer care
- Chat/email support
- Complaint resolution
- App-based support for platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, OYO, Blinkit, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with companies in need of customer support outsourcing
- Build relationships with decision-makers in hospitality, food delivery, e-commerce, and tech sectors
- Pitch service-based BPO solutions tailored to client needs (no product sales)
- Coordinate onboarding and service-level agreements
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth client handover and satisfaction
- Track market trends and suggest new service verticals (e.g., multilingual support, app chat handling)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong network in Kolkata's startup, tech, and service sectors
- Prior experience in BPO, client servicing, or business development (non-sales)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of customer support workflows and KPIs
- Self-driven, with a knack for building trust and long-term partnerships
