Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Tanisha E-World. The candidate should have strong expertise in sales, customer consultation, and technical knowledge of computer hardware with the ability to assemble custom gaming systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable desktops, laptops, and accessories.
  • Drive sales of computer hardware, accessories, and high- end gaming desktops.
  • Stay updated on the latest hardware, gaming trends, and computer peripherals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through after-sales service and support.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest computer hardware, gaming technology, and IT industry trends.
  • Manage showroom displays, stock levels, and maintain an organized sales environment.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a computer showroom, IT retail, or hardware sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer components, peripherals, and gaming systems.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers and provide solutions based on budget and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
