The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products/services in the assigned territory. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (field visits, cold calls, references, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounts) for smooth order processing.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding product performance and market trends.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., automobile/FMCG/retail/real estate] preferred.
