Sales Officer

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products/services in the assigned territory. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (field visits, cold calls, references, etc.).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounts) for smooth order processing.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product performance and market trends.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., automobile/FMCG/retail/real estate] preferred.
