We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead to architect, lead, and deliver scalable web applications that integrate modern technologies,

automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in , , and MongoDB, who can guide a team of developers while driving innovation and quality across the full development

lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams to build enterprise-grade, performance-optimized, and maintainable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers working across frontend and backend.

Define scalable architecture, folder structures, and coding standards.

Review and refactor code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance.

Design and oversee microservices-based backend systems and component-driven frontend architecture.

Implement and manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

Conduct architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and performance audits.

Frontend )

Lead development of responsive and interactive user interfaces using or

Ensure reusable, modular, and maintainable component design.

Manage SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing for optimized SEO and performance.

Implement state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.

Ensure design accuracy, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Backend )

Architect and build scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).  Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and queries for large-

scale systems.

Manage microservices, message queues, and API gateways.

Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for backend reliability.

AI/ML Integration

Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML models, LLMs, and inference APIs.

Deploy and manage AI services using FastAPI, Flask, or cloud-hosted endpoints.

Implement real-time inference, data streaming, and event-driven architectures.

Optimize model performance, caching, and versioning for production environments.

DevOps & Collaboration

Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.

Set up CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, AI/ML, and product management.

Lead sprint planning, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack web development using the MERN stack.

Proven experience leading a team of developers (3–8 members).

Expert-level proficiency in , , and MongoDB.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Material UI).

Experience in backend API design, authentication, and microservices architecture.

Proficiency in Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.  Strong analytical, debugging, and optimization skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on ownership and delivery.

Bonus Skills

Experience with AI/ML model integration or LLMs (LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face).

Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Vertex AI).

Exposure to real-time communication systems (WebRTC, Kafka, WebSockets).

Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).

Knowledge of application performance profiling and security auditing.
