KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Full Stack Web Application Development

• Develop robust, responsive web applications using
  , , Express,
  and
  MongoDB.
• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code across both the client and server side.

2. Cloud Deployment & Performance Optimization

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Integrate monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, stable deployment cycles.

3. Database Design & Management

• Create and manage complex MongoDB schemas.
• Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement data backup and recovery mechanisms.

4. Product Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

5. Security & Compliance

• Ensure applications follow best practices for data security, particularly in sensitive domains like healthcare.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

6. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, performance, and development processes.
• Stay current with latest JavaScript and healthcare tech trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience
  developing full-stack applications using the
  MERN
  stack.
