Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Mahapura , Ajmer Road , Jaipur
Budget: Upto 5.4 LPA
Experience Required: 4 -7 years in Recruitment/HR
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Understand hiring requirements from business leaders and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of different hiring models (permanent, contractual, campus hiring, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
