Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Surat. The Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing them with detailed information about the courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include managing call logs, responding to inquiries, organizing follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The Caller will also assist with promotional activities and gather feedback from students to improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling telephonic conversations and customer inquiries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses and educational programs
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
