JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • UI Design:

Create visually appealing, consistent, and engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- UX Research:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
- Wire framing & Prototyping:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Design Systems:

Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistent UI across all products.
- User Testing:

Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and refine solutions based on user feedback.
- Iterate:

Regularly iterate on designs based on testing, feedback, and analytics to improve the user experience.
- Stay Current:

Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
- Design Tools:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- User-Centered Design:

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Responsive Design:

Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
- Collaboration Skills:

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing.
- Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality designs.
- Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
