QA Intern

About The Role
We are looking for a passionate QA Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and an interest in AI testing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Support automation scripting (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright—modify as needed).
  • Participate in testing of AI features, chatbot workflows, and agent responses.
  • Report, track, and verify bugs in tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Work closely with developers and senior QA to understand requirements.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on product quality.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of SDLC & STLC.
  • Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
  • Understanding of API Testing (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
  • Basic hands-on with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI testing, chatbot interactions, or LLM-based tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
