Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team for our cutting-edge Buildings AI application. As a QA Intern, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA team to ensure our building simulation and AI-powered tools meet the highest quality standards before reaching our users.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases for the Buildings AI platform, including

BIM/HVAC configurator, load and energy simulations, and PDF2BIM workflows

  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability

concerns

  • Log defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results
  • Validate AI-powered features like Buildings AI Assistant and Report Assistant
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile development

environment

  • Partner with developers and product managers to improve test coverage, processes, and

product quality

  • Document test results and prepare QA reports

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related

technical field

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn advanced concepts in building simulation technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Have

  • Understanding of test automation frameworks or scripting languages
  • Exposure to BIM tools (Revit) or energy simulation software (OpenStudio, EnergyPlus)
  • Knowledge of building systems and HVAC concept
