Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate and conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer letters).

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.

  • HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle work confidentially.
