Digital Marketing Manager (SEO & Paid Media)
Seekware is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEO and paid media strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that drive organic and paid traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a proven track record of success in both search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search/social (PPC). You must be an expert in leveraging data to make informed decisions and a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Mandatory Strategy & Planning skillla: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant paid channels.
- SEO Management:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee on-page SEO, including content optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and local SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Paid Media Management:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, from budget allocation to ad copy and creative.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize for key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Explore and test new paid channels to expand our reach and target new audiences.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Create regular performance reports for key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned and integrated.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brainstorm new ideas for business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO and paid media.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing successful paid search and social campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools, including:
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with other paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to Seekware.
