We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven professionals for multiple positions for the profile of Sr. Executive - Corporate Sales to join our dynamic team. As a member of our Corporate Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving B2B sales by generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing deals to help our clients leverage our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Have targeted Gold Collar (CXO Level) hierarchy within the company.
Conduct research to identify potential clients, evaluate their needs, and assess potential business opportunities.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and keep detailed records in the CRM system.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
Map client pain points with our product offerings to provide customized solutions that add value to their business.
Build trusted relationships to gain insights into their needs and present our products as strategic solutions.
Conduct impactful product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, aiming to exceed individual and team sales targets.
Negotiate and finalize deals to maximize revenue while meeting the companys profitability goals.
Ensure high conversion rates from demos to closed sales, actively working to shorten the sales cycle.
Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to share with product and marketing teams, supporting continuous improvement and product development.
Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling & cross-selling.
Work Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi (Work from Office)
Work Days: 5, Monday to Friday
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or IT Sales, ideally within a product-based company.
Proven expertise in lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, social media, LinkedIn, and networking.
Strong understanding of solution-based selling, with the ability to effectively diagnose client pain points and provide relevant solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking software
Self-oriented and highly motivated sales driven attitude.
