This position plays a key role in ensuring academic and institutional quality standards are met and maintained according to national and international guidelines.Qualification:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, etc.).Required Skills:- Experience in accreditation or quality assurance processes within higher education. - Strong understanding of national and international accreditation standards. - Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a university or academic setting. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and academic management systems.-Required Experience: 3 - 5 YearsKey Responsibilities:- Manage the processes for all accreditations, including preparing and submitting documentation for accreditation agencies such as NAAC, NIRF, NBA etc. - Coordinate the functions of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), ensuring adherence to quality standards in academic and administrative processes. - Prepare comprehensive reports on academic quality, accreditation processes, and institutional performance metrics. - Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, and administration) and external accreditation bodies, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. - Implement quality assurance measures, track academic and administrative performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of accreditation processes and recommend changes for continuous improvement. - Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training related to quality assurance and accreditation processes. - Undertake any other duties as required for the efficient functioning of the IQAC department.
