Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Develop content strategies for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage social media accounts and online brand presence.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and vendors.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for better user experience.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
  • 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with certifications may apply for Executive role).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4).
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns independently.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic design and content skills using tools like Canva or Adobe.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and ROI-tracking skills.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and team coordination abilities.
