We Are Hiring 150% Onsite work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM modules including Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Performance Management, and others.
  • Provide expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM applications.
  • Configure and manage HCM modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of end-to-end business processes.
  • Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams for smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to technical specialists.
  • Utilize excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to develop and adapt action plans effectively.
  • Provide hands-on support in HCM module implementation and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS/Fusion applications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC, and related modules.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in onsite-offshore work management.
