Key Responsibilities:A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design development and deploymentYou will review the proposals prepared by consultants provide guidance and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issuesYou will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanismsYou will also coach and create a vision for the team provide subject matter training for your focus areas motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performanceYou would be a key contributor in unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organizationIf you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey this is the place for youTechnical Requirements:Primary skills Salesforce Salesforce Lightning Lightning Aura Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWCSalesforce relevant experience of 9 yrsHaving hands on experience with respect toa Defining Salesforce Architectureb Share alternative solution approachesc Define Development Best Practices suiting customerd Should be able to participate and drive customer design review boarde Apex Integration LWCPrior implementation experience in Sales and Service cloudShould be able to manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 membersCertifications Salesforce PD1 PD2 Sales and Service Consultant Additional SFDC certification will be added advantageAdditional Responsibilities:Good knowledge on software configuration management systemsStrong business acumen strategy and cross industry thought leadershipAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateTwo or three industry domain knowledgeUnderstanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models availableClient Interfacing skillsKnowledge of SDLC and agile methodologiesProject and Team managementPreferred Skills:Technology->Salesforce->Salesforce Lightning
