Roles & responsibilities

As a Director of Product Management for AI in the Audit Domain, you will lead the strategic vision and delivery of AI-powered audit solutions across the enterprise. You will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, owning the roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in audit processes and enterprise product delivery.

1.Strategic Product Leadership

•Define and champion a long-term product vision for AI in audit, aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.

•Own and govern the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities and delivers measurable business value.

•Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to secure alignment and support for product initiatives.

2.Portfolio & Backlog Management

•Own the product portfolio of Audit AI applications,  ensuring coherence, scalability, and innovation.

•Lead backlog prioritization across multiple teams, balancing business demand, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

•Ensure product features are well-defined, outcome-driven, and aligned with enterprise audit strategies.

3. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

•Ensure all AI products comply with audit standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.

•Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to proactively manage risks and maintain regulatory alignment.

•Lead initiatives to embed transparency, explainability, and fairness in AI-driven audit processes.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

•Define and monitor enterprise-level KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and impact.

•Provide regular executive-level reporting on product performance, strategic risks, and innovation outcomes.

•Continuously assess market dynamics and internal feedback to refine product strategy.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•12 + years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI or data-driven enterprise products.

•Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex AI solutions at scale.

•Deep understanding of audit processes, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.

•Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.

•Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

•Advanced degree/ Diploma  in Data Science, Business, or related field, from reputed organizations

•Experience in audit, finance, or regulatory domains.

•Certifications in Product Leadership, AI/ML, or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CSPO, PMP, or AI certifications).

•Experience working in regulated industries or with global compliance standards.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

-MBA Finance / CA with strong Audit Background and good understanding of AI tech stack

Work experience: 14+ Years of Experience
