Business Development & Sales StrategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, wedding planners, institutions, etc.). Build a strong sales pipeline by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections. Develop customized proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals for events (corporate, social, entertainment, etc.).2. Marketing Campaigns & Brand PromotionDesign and execute marketing campaigns to promote event services (social media, PR, email marketing, influencer collaborations, etc.). Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, case studies, reels) to highlight past events and services.
Manage marketing calendar aligned with event seasons and peak periods. Build brand visibility in local and industry-specific platforms.3. Client Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for key clients before, during, and after events.
Ensure clients' expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and service delivery. Collect feedback post-event and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.4. Event Promotion & Audience AcquisitionPromote public events (e.g., concerts, expos, product launches) to ensure ticket sales and attendance.
