We are seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy a next-generation logistics and delivery mobile application similar to platforms like Porter. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with a strong understanding of real-time data systems, APIs, and scalable mobile app architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for the logistics mobile app (customer, driver, and admin portals).
  • Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for order management, live tracking, payments, and analytics.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for Android and web dashboards.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Implement secure authentication and role-based access control (JWT/OAuth).
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage database design and API integrations with GPS, payment gateways, and cloud storage.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain clear documentation of code, architecture, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development (preferably in logistics, mobility, or e-commerce apps).
  • Frontend: React / React Native / Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
  • Backend: / / NestJS / Python (Django or Flask).
  • Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud (knowledge of serverless and containerized deployments preferred).
  • Tools & Others: Git, Docker, Firebase, WebSockets, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with GPS tracking & map APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox).
  • Integration with payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
  • Knowledge of microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Passion for building high-impact, user-centric applications.
