Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator with a strong background in Sales Coordination and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to assist with sales inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
  • Follow up with potential clients, provide product information, and close sales when necessary.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Preparation of various MIS reports assigned to task

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female Only
  • Experience: Prior experience in Sales coordination is a plus.
  • Age: Below 26 years
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong Coordination and client interaction experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel ( Basic & Advance).
  • Education: Any Graduate (preferred)
  • Immediate joiner preferred
