We're looking for a
Senior / Lead Embedded Software Developer
to join our team — someone who brings hands-on expertise, strong technical leadership, and a passion for mentoring and delivering quality software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for
    instrument cluster
    and
    HMI applications
    .
  • Own module-level
    design, architecture, and integration
    .
  • Mentor junior developers,
    perform code reviews
    , and enforce best practices.
  • Lead
    architecture and design discussions
    ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Debug complex system-level issues and provide
    root cause analysis
    .
  • Drive
    unit testing
    ,
    integration testing
    , and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in
    embedded software development
    (Graphics, Instrument Clusters, RTOS/HMI Apps).
  • Expertise in
    Embedded C, C++, Data Structures, Multi-threading, STL, and Design Patterns
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    RTOS
    ,
    HMI application development
    , and
    IPC/multi-threading
    concepts.
  • Proficiency with
    UML modeling tools
    (IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect).
  • Proven experience in
    team mentoring, code reviews
    , and software architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Git / Bitbucket
    and familiarity with
    DevOps Pipelines
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
