We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Embedded Software Developer to join our team — someone who brings hands-on expertise, strong technical leadership, and a passion for mentoring and delivering quality software. 🔧 Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for instrument cluster and HMI applications. - Own module-level design, architecture, and integration. - Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Lead architecture and design discussions ensuring scalability and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and deliverables. - Debug complex system-level issues and provide root cause analysis. - Drive unit testing, integration testing, and continuous improvement. - ✅ Must-Have Qualifications - 6–8 years of experience in embedded software development (Graphics, Instrument Clusters, RTOS/HMI Apps). - Expertise in Embedded C, C++, Data Structures, Multi-threading, STL, and Design Patterns. - Strong knowledge of RTOS, HMI application development, and IPC/multi-threading concepts. - Proficiency with UML modeling tools (IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect). - Proven experience in team mentoring, code reviews, and software architecture. - Hands-on experience with Git / Bitbucket and familiarity with DevOps Pipelines. - Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
