Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Performance Test Engineer located in Gurugram. The Senior Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for executing performance tests and load testing, developing and executing test strategies, and analyzing performance results. The role involves detailed performance analysis and identifying bottlenecks. The engineer will also liaise with development teams to resolve performance issues and ensure systems operate efficiently under peak loads.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Test Execution and Load Testing
  • Experience in developing and implementing Test Strategies
  • Strong skills in Performance Analysis and Testing
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing or related roles
  • Certifications in performance testing tools are a plus
