Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Planning Engineer to join our team at Pharmintech Turnkey Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and commissioning, specifically within the Cleanroom or HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

· Develop detailed project schedules.

· Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to integrate all project phases.

· Monitor and update progress, identify slippages, and propose recovery plans.

· Technical Coordination:

· Understand clean room classification (ISO 14644, GMP) and HVAC requirements.

· Coordinate with design consultants for HVAC layouts, AHU sizing, ducting, and cleanroom utilities.

· Verify BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals as per project scope and client specifications.

Execution Support:

· Track site activities related to HVAC equipment (AHUs, ducting, chillers, HEPA filters, etc.).

· Coordinate with civil, electrical, and automation teams for interface points.

· Support site engineers in resolving technical and scheduling issues.

· Documentation & Compliance:

· Ensure documentation such as IQ/OQ protocols, validation reports, and as-built drawings are prepared and submitted.

· Support QA/QC in complying with clean room and HVAC validation standards (DOP test, velocity, particle count, etc.).

· Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspection

Client & Vendor Coordination:

· Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and align project priorities.

· Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries and execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
