Job Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Security Monitoring L1 to join

our organization. You will be responsible for safeguarding our IT infrastructure, monitoring networks for security breaches, and implementing security measures and best practices. This role is critical in protecting sensitive company and customer data from threats and vulnerabilities.

Role & responsibilities

  • Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
  • Monitor Logs of firewalls, anti-virus solutions, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems and provide Input to IT team for necessary actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident response protocols and manage security incidents effectively.
  • Enforce company-wide security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to secure software and infrastructure.
  • Assist in user access reviews and asset inventory management.
  • Support implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
  • Good communication skills for incident escalation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure/security monitoring.
  • Coordination with Internal IT Team and Solution Providers /OEM for Security Measures and actions as per the recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
