Deputy Manager - OMPL 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinating the pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis, and reporting to Head Office.
- Updating credit and marketing teams regarding the FCU activities.
- Maintaining login registers at the branch and ensuring every case is screened and recorded.
- Checking proper implementation at branch level.
- Conducting field investigation of fraud and negative cases, and handling police actions against fraudsters.
- Generating and maintaining MIS reports pertaining to the process of corrective actions and presenting them to management for decision making.
- Monitoring the average TAT for each process and variance from the targeted/desired TAT.
- Checking daily transaction login and MIS for process efficiency.
- Handling branch queries through mail and resolving queries within TAT, and coordinating with Head Office.
- Investigating fraud cases.
- Coordinating mystery shopping activities, non-starter investigations, and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms.
- Visiting nearby locations for investigations as per Head Office instructions.
- Coordinating FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is a must.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.
- Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
- Good communication, analytical skills, and channel management skills.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and driving results in a high performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of computers.
