Job Title: Client Relationship & IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused IT professional to join our team in Chandigarh as a Client Relationship & IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage client relationships, provide IT support, and ensure seamless integration of IT solutions to meet clients' evolving technology needs. As the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, you will proactively address challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:- Build & Nurture Relationships: Foster long-term client relationships through consistent support and tailored IT solutions that adapt to their technology needs, enhancing client loyalty and trust.
- Understand Client Needs: Take the time to understand each clients unique challenges and objectives, offering customized IT solutions that directly align with their business goals.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential IT challenges early, such as security risks or system vulnerabilities, to prevent disruptions and keep clients IT environments secure.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for IT support inquiries, managing technical issues and escalations promptly to ensure a smooth support experience.
- Timely & Accurate Responses: Provide swift, accurate responses to IT issues via phone, email, or remote support, minimizing downtime and maximizing client productivity.
- Internal Collaboration for Resolution: Work closely with internal IT teams (network, security, infrastructure) and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Manage Client Accounts: Oversee client accounts from an IT perspective, including software renewals, hardware upgrades, system integrations, and cybersecurity needs, while identifying upselling opportunities such as cloud solutions or enterprise software.
- Monitor Account Growth: Regularly assess client IT infrastructure performance and security to uncover improvement opportunities, such as cloud migrations, software implementations, or enhanced security measures.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions, IT assets, service tickets, and transactions within CRM systems to ensure efficient workflows and timely service renewals.
- Develop IT Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys IT solutions, services, and product offerings (hardware, software, cloud solutions, etc.) to make relevant and informed recommendations to clients.
- Stay Industry-Aware: Stay updated on the latest technological trends, security developments, and industry-specific solutions to provide clients with cutting-edge insights.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure IT solutions align with client needs and company capabilities for seamless service delivery.
- Provide Client Feedback: Gather client feedback on IT performance, usability, and satisfaction, sharing insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvements in offerings, security protocols, and customer experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, client relationship management, or a similar role in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends (cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, development).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and service management tools.
