Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Support Coordinator located in Bhopal. The Student Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting students with their academic and administrative needs, managing cases, providing customer service, and offering technical support as needed. The role requires direct interaction with students to address their concerns, track progress, and ensure a positive learning experience. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with other faculty and staff to support the overall learning environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in case management and organizational support
  • Customer service and technical support skills to address student inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic educational setting
  • Prior experience in educational support roles is a plus
  • An undergraduate degree in education, law, or a related field is preferred
