About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Support Executive to assist in implementing and monitoring field-level activities in Rajasthan. The role involves coordinating with schools, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, data collection, and reporting.

This position requires regular field travel, effective communication, and a strong sense of ownership to support project goals at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit project sites (schools/communities) regularly to oversee and support field-level implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with local education officials, school management, and community representatives.
  • Collect, verify, and document data from the field in prescribed formats.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities and provide timely field reports.
  • Identify operational challenges and escalate issues to the project lead with recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between the central team and field stakeholders.
  • Assist in logistics, event coordination, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and reporting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field coordination, community engagement, or education/social development projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of Rajasthani dialects is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned districts.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is desirable.

Work Environment

  • Frequent travel within Rajasthan (urban and rural locations).
  • Interaction with schools, NGOs, and government departments.
  • Occasional work on weekends during special project events or training sessions (compensatory off provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
