Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Location: Banashankari 2nd stage.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–5 Years in Real Estate Sales & Team Handling

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide our real estate sales team towards achieving sales targets. The TL will be responsible for mentoring team members, driving property sales, handling client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
  • Assign sales targets and track performance for each team member.
  • Guide the team in handling client inquiries, property site visits, and deal closures.
  • Support team members in negotiations and finalizing property sales.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve skills and productivity.
  • Monitor market trends and share updates with the team.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with clients for conversions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
