Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring the achievement of team targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and motivating team members, providing training and development, monitoring performance, conducting team meetings, and reporting to higher management. The Team Leader will also handle escalations, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication, Training, and Development skills
  • Performance Monitoring, Reporting, and Feedback skills
  • Problem-solving, Conflict Resolution, and Escalation Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Prior experience in the BPO/KPO/ITES industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
