Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise data platforms.
  • Design robust data models, ETL frameworks, and data warehouses to support analytics, ML, and AI use cases.
  • Lead the evaluation of systems that convert natural language queries into executable SQL (NL2SQL), leveraging LLMs.
  • Apply prompt engineering best practices to improve the performance and accuracy of language models in querying, summarizing, and interacting with data.
  • Build modular, reusable data evaluation pipelines using Python (Pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy, etc.).
  • Guide data governance, cataloguing, and metadata strategies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data architecture roles.
  • Deep expertise in SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning).
  • Strong Python development skills for building data services and automation.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience in prompt engineering — crafting, testing, and refining prompts for use with language models.
  • Proficiency in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with vector databases and embedding search.
  • Familiarity with enterprise LLM implementation patterns
  • Certifications in cloud or data platforms (e.g., GCP Data Engineer, Azure Data Architect).
