Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Application Architect
with hands-on expertise in
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
and
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
. The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and functional marketing knowledge to architect and optimize enterprise customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AEP and AJO to design and implement marketing technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective AEP/AJO architecture and journeys.
  • Drive standardization, compliance, and best practices across customer experience implementations.
  • Support and guide journey development teams, providing technical oversight and reviewing journey business requirements.
  • Work closely with client-side IT leads, Technical Solution Integrators (TSIs), and cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions and manage interdependencies.
  • Conduct in-platform demos, shadowing sessions, and provide training/support to client associates.
  • Promote process adherence and reuse of templates, frameworks, and reusable components.
  • Optimize and continuously improve customer journeys through data-driven insights using AEP tools.

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
