The Impact You'll Drive

  • Animate thumb-stopping content for reels, ads, product videos, stories, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with art, copy, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life through motion
  • Repurpose static designs into lively, engaging content optimized for platforms
  • Explore and apply GenAI-powered video tools to scale motion design
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality animations tailored for each channel
  • Stay ahead of creative and tech trends in animation, storytelling, and platform behavior

The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics or animation, preferably in a digital or content-first agency
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools)
  • Familiarity with GenAI and AI-powered tools: Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, etc.
  • A strong reel/portfolio that showcases your motion range, visual rhythm, and brand sensibility
  • Sharp attention to timing, transitions, storytelling, and creative experimentation
  • An agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and hunger to make motion-led storytelling iconic
