Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Telecalling Executives / Admission Counselors with a background in distance education counseling and telecalling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling student inquiries, providing detailed information about university programs, and successfully converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel prospective students regarding online and distance education courses.
  • Explain different university programs, eligibility, and admission procedures clearly.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Follow up with interested students and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
  • Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling/counseling for education (distance or online education experience preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and convincing ability.
  • Knowledge of distance/online university boards and their programs.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
  • Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
