Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare, verify, and manage documentation related to clients, vendors, and internal processes.
  • Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and trackers.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Support management in preparing MIS reports and handling administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office, operations, or customer support (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
