Quality Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team in Coimbatore. You will play a key role in evaluating data quality, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing processes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and has strong skills in SQL, web research, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and evaluate data collected for delivery.
• Analyze large datasets to assess accuracy and completeness.
• Execute data validation and verification processes effectively.
• Identify gaps in QA processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and generate regular reports.
• Promote a high level of data quality awareness across projects.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Web Research and Market Research.
• Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus.

• Proactive in identifying project risks and providing solutions.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
