Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR (Remote, with travel across India)

Experience: 5+ years in IT/consulting services sales

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commissions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead sales of our AI and IT services across India. The role requires consultative selling, strong knowledge of AI/ML solutions, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy for AI/IT consulting services.
  • Build and manage pipeline through outbound, partners, and events.
  • Engage CXO-level clients, understand needs, and offer solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams for execution.
  • Manage alliances with tech partners and system integrators.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT/consulting services sales (AI/ML, cloud, digital transformation preferred).
  • Proven record in enterprise sales and complex deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Based in Delhi NCR, open to travel up to 50%.
