Senior AI SEO & Google Search Optimization Expert

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior AI SEO & Google Search Optimization Expert to lead and scale our SEO and AI-driven search optimization practice across a large-scale digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving organic growth, enhancing visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms, and building a future-ready SEO strategy that delivers measurable business impact.

You will be responsible for defining and executing advanced SEO strategies, integrating AI-powered solutions, and mentoring a team of SEO professionals. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on innovation, data, and demonstrable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Lead SEO & AI Search Strategy Architect and execute a forward-thinking SEO strategy that integrates traditional search (Google, Bing) with emerging AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to maximize discoverability and brand presence.
  • Drive AI-Enhanced Content Optimization Leverage AI tools and LLMs to guide content ideation, semantic optimization, and entity enrichment. Ensure all content aligns with E-E-A-T principles and is structured for both human readability and machine interpretability.
  • Own End-to-End Search Performance Take full ownership of organic search KPIs from crawlability and indexation to ranking and conversion across web, mobile, and app ecosystems.
  • Optimize for AI-Powered Search Interfaces Develop strategies to ensure brand visibility and content inclusion in AI-generated answers and summaries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot, and other LLM-driven search experiences.
  • Lead Technical SEO Excellence Conduct deep technical audits, implement structured data ), improve Core Web Vitals, and resolve crawl/index issues at scale for large, complex websites.
  • Build Scalable SEO Systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable SEO frameworks, automation pipelines, and AI-driven content workflows.
  • Monitor, Analyze & Report Impact Build dashboards and reporting systems to track rankings, traffic, engagement, and ROI. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Mentor & Evangelize Lead a team of SEO specialists and content strategists. Evangelize AI SEO best practices across marketing, product, and executive teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in AI-driven SEO or search optimization.
  • Proven success in leading SEO for large-scale websites (10K+ pages, multi-region/multi-language).
  • Deep expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI SEO tools (e.g., Clearscope, Surfer, MarketMuse).
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and how AI impacts search behavior.
  • Experience with structured data ), Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
