As we move toward our IPO, we are building a high-performance team to accelerate our AI product initiatives and drive operational excellence.About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist who excels at optimizing both web and video content an GMB to enhance our online visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in YouTube SEO, content strategy, and Google Analytics, with the ability to craft and execute high-impact SEO campaigns that deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across website and YouTube platforms.- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.- Create, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, website pages, video descriptions, and scripts).- Implement YouTube SEO best practices — optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for improved visibility and engagement.- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop engaging and optimized digital assets.- Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and TubeBuddy/VidIQ.- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.- Stay updated with evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and YouTube optimization techniques.- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to boost overall website health and authority.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and YouTube SEO optimization.- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword planning, and organic growth metrics.- Proven experience in content creation and optimization aligned with SEO strategy.- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and TubeBuddy/VidIQ.- Knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to turn data into actionable insights.Good to Have:- Experience in video marketing and YouTube ad campaigns.- Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content generation.- Understanding of social media SEO and cross-platform promotion.- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or YouTube Marketing.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovation-driven digital team.- Exposure to cross-platform SEO strategies and AI-based tools.- Collaborative, creative, and growth-focused environment.- Competitive pay and continuous learning opportunities.
