Internship Roles Available:

1. Product Development Intern

Are you innovative, detail-oriented, and have a knack for bringing new ideas to life? This role is perfect for someone who loves to research, brainstorm, and contribute to the creation of new offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching market trends, spiritual practices, and competitor products to identify new product opportunities.
• Support the ideation and conceptualization of new spiritual products (e.g., meditation aids, ritual tools, divination sets, sacred jewelry, aromatherapy blends, etc.).
• Contribute to the sourcing of materials and ethical suppliers.
• Help in developing product prototypes and testing their functionality and appeal.
• Assist with product descriptions, packaging ideas, and user guides.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.

2. Curation & Content Intern

Do you have an impeccable eye for quality, a deep appreciation for meaningful content, and a passion for storytelling? This role focuses on ensuring our product selection and information are authentic, insightful, and inspiring.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and evaluating potential products for inclusion in our catalog, ensuring alignment with our brand values and spiritual authenticity.
• Support the development of compelling and informative product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and spiritual relevance.
• Help in creating engaging blog posts, articles, and educational content related to our products and the spiritual journey.
• Assist in curating resources (books, articles, videos) that complement our offerings.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is optimized for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimal outreach strategies.
• Help in creating compelling advertising copy and visuals.
• Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance.
• Assist with email marketing initiatives, including drafting newsletters and promotional content.
• Explore new advertising platforms and partnerships relevant to the spiritual niche.

4. Social Media Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).
• Help manage our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices in the spiritual and wellness space.
• Support the creation of visually appealing graphics, videos, and stories.
• Track social media metrics and generate reports on performance.
• Engage with our online community and identify potential influencers.

• Proficiency with various social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing apps).
• Strong visual aesthetic and storytelling abilities.

General Requirements for All Intern Positions:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, Humanities, or related fields).
• Genuine interest in spiritual well-being, mindfulness, and personal growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
