Role: UI/UX DesignerAbout the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing web and mobile applications, strong understanding of user-centric design principles, and excellent proficiency in Figma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Design consistent, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile apps.
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and UI guidelines.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end user experience across platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to hand off designs and support implementation.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
  • Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Ability to solve complex user problems with clean, scalable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Experience designing dashboards or trading/fintech platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation constraints.
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics.
