Experience : 2 to 6 Years

Location : Sriperumbudhur, Kanchipuram

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must Experience with desktop support activities.
  • Responsible for Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of OS.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Provide L1 Level support in LAN, Remote support.
  • Maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Good experience in Cisco switches and Cable crimping process
