About the Role:
We are looking for a Deputy Placement Manager with a strong background in CSR / NGO initiatives and proven expertise in student placements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building opportunities for students, expanding industry networks, and ensuring successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive hardcore student placement activities end-to-end.
- Prepare students for interviews through structured interview readiness programs.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and career events to build new client partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, and CSR partners to maximize placement opportunities.
- Track placement data, generate reports, and measure success metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in placements, career services, CSR, or NGO sector.
- Strong industry connections and ability to open doors with new recruiters.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and student-focused mindset.
