Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager (Diagnostics) Marketing Branding & Business Development to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our diagnostic division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in pathology, radiology, or diagnostic services and have familiarity with healthcare in West Bengal, particularly northern districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and patient inflow for diagnostic services.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns for CT, MRI, and other imaging services, targeting doctors, clinics, and corporates.
• Establish and maintain strong referral networks with physicians, consultants, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct outreach activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and community engagement events.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Radiology, Laboratory, and Management) to ensure smooth service promotion.
• Oversee digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, print, and hospital branding materials.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in diagnostic services.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostic or hospital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic market dynamics and referral network management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and drive targets effectively
