Job Description Description The MSME ZED Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in India to adopt Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates eager to make a significant impact in the MSME sector and contribute to enhancing the quality and sustainability of operations. Responsibilities - Provide guidance and support to MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in implementing Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices. - Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in MSME operations. - Assist in the development and execution of ZED-related training programs. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote ZED initiatives in the MSME sector. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ZED practices in client enterprises. - Prepare reports and documentation related to ZED implementation and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of MSME sector dynamics in India. - Knowledge of quality management systems and practices, particularly Zero Defect Zero Effect methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with MSME owners and stakeholders. - Familiarity with government policies and schemes supporting MSMEs in India. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
